Rasta Grästorp is a facility that is part of the well-known Rasta chain with 30 meeting places across Sweden where we operate restaurant, shop & hotel services. Here at Rasta Grästorp, we have a restaurant focused on traditional Swedish home cooking as well as a well-stocked shop operating under the OKQ8 brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• The role of Assistant primarily involves cash register duties which include serving fast food and selling our wide range of products.
• There are also many secondary tasks associated with a gas/service station such as cleaning, restocking in the shop, etc.
• As an Assistant, responsibilities include scheduling, personnel management, invoice payments, inventory, bookkeeping, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to provide customers with a pleasant reception and good service.
• Flexibility & stress resistance – Ability to handle fast situations and vary between tasks.
• Experience in sales – Upselling and handling campaigns and offers.
• Responsible & independent – Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Previous experience in service.

Working Hours and Benefits

Employment type: Part-time Employment rate: Approx. 80% Working hours: Varying hours, including weekends and evenings. Salary: According to collective agreement. Start date: By agreement. Benefits: Opportunities for personal development and to become part of a passionate team.
